Beginning in 2024, the POA annual dues are $3,500 per year paid in full by the end of each calendar year. Dues cover the cost of maintaining common areas, roads, lakes, dams, gate, garden, overgrowth of foliage along roadsides and common areas, professional services, etc. in the community.
Yes, you can rent out your property but for long-term rentals in excess of 30 days only.
Builders and Architects will be required to follow the Stone's Lake covenants and design guidelines; however, Stones Lake POA does not provide or make recommendations for builders and architects.
